Zumba class is back starting Thursday Jan. 7th
After a two week hiatus Zumba class returns and just in time. Especially if losing weight and getting in shape are part of your New Year's resolution......so be sure to bring your energy, dancing feet, swiveling hips and a towel because once you get moving to the beats and rhythms of Salsa, Merengue and other Caribbean music you'll definitely be sweating, and you definitely won't want to stop.
Classes and childcare are free to members parents. Classes are $5/class for the public. You can also buy a $40 punch card and get 2 classes for free. Call or come in to see Donna or Dennis for more information.
